All things Evidence Based: Technical Skills and Adaptive Perspectives for Corrections Professionals

This training series will focus on the daily application of evidence-based practices in our work with justice involved individuals. We will explore specific areas of concern when working with juveniles and women and girls, the current need to adapt much of our work to virtual and socially distanced contexts and look at the perspectives and underlying values that drive the effective use of evidence-based practices and the benefits for our clients and for ourselves as professionals.

5/19/21- 1:30-3:00pm (CST) Stop Playing the Cat and Mouse Game:  Agent Perspectives and Self-Care

5/26/21- 1:30-3:00pm (CST) Applying Evidence Based Practices:  Attitude, Empathy, and Self-Compassion

Cost: $100.00 for all sessions

Total # of Registrants: 16

Minimum # of 12 registrants to hold the class
