In this presentation Rick will share 10 commitments that insure that great service is given to ever customer!

Prepare to laugh and be inspired as Rick shares his philosophy of work and how it can be "FUN". Rick will share a few key concepts regarding how making work more fun can create a less stressful environment and lead to more enthusiasm and positivity.

Rick has written training manuals on sales and customer service. Motivational articles by Rick are available for company newsletters. He is presently working on a new book. Prior to his business speaking, Rick spent the decade of the 80's doing youth leadership development across the nation. Rick and his wife Lori live in the northwest WI town of Dallas. He has 3 adult children.
