This training is designed especially for support staff personnel who are employed in all areas of the criminal justice system.

This session will offer ample information to help you effectively and efficiently utilize CSTS in your offices. It will provide demonstration of the new features including the Version 3.1 release. It will review the system administrator tasks required in the new version. There will be demonstration on the upcoming Mobile Web Edition designed for Android or iPhone systems, as well as a discussion of projects for 2015. If you have a specific question or would like a topic discussed, please submit an email to STI’s helpdesk (helpdesk@sti-software.com) with “MACPO Support Staff Conference Question” in the subject line. Questions will be answered as time allows.
